Being a space member has benefits but of course also some responsibilities. – With great power comes great responsibility.

HSBXL House Rules

  • We are an inclusive space: All people are welcome, but respect each other’s personal space.
  • You are encouraged to have fun but keep it safe and use the available protections. DON’T BE ON FIRE!
  • The space tools are to be used in the space and should not be taken.
  • If you take consumables from the space also give back to the space.
  • The space is a working space not a living space (no sleeping at the space).
  • On Tuesday evening and the co-working day, the space is open to the public. At any time, non-members can be in the space as guest of the members present and under the responsibility of the members present. Guests can be politely asked to leave.
  • hen you leave the space you settle your tab and clean up your mess.
  • No asking for investments. This is not a stock market. You can however talk about a cool thing you’re building
  • No illegal activities: No, we won’t help you hack your spouse’s Facebook account.
  • After not paying membership for 3 months a member forfeits their membership.
    • Member will be contacted to pick up their belongings through communication channels connected to the account (e-mail or mobile phone)
    • Their membership storage can be put in long term storage or recycled if the person is not reached or does not respond timely (30 days).
  • Member storage is private, dont touch it without permission of that specific member
