Today, we’re diving into the world of innovation with a hands-on workshop:
Creating Your Own Expandable Particulate Matter Meter
This meter is not just limited to measuring particulate matter. With its expandable capabilities, it opens the door to measuring ambient noise, NOx, and VOCs in the future!
The project is seamlessly integrated with the sensor.community project (formerly Luftdaten) and other exciting initiatives like AIRPIPE, InfluencAir, LeuvenAir, GhentAir, and more.
what to expect:
- Get hands-on experience with building your own meter based on the cutting-edge AIRROHR V1.4 PCB.
- Learn about the technology behind it, including the ESP8266 Wi-Fi computer, SPS30 particulate matter sensor, and BME280 environmental sensor.
- Dive deep into the world of environmental monitoring and discover how you can contribute to a healthier, cleaner future.
- Connect with like-minded individuals passionate about technology, innovation, and environmental sustainability.
Can’t make it this time? Don’t worry - if there’s enough interest, we’ll be hosting more sessions in the future.
