This will need an update. We're using BizTax to send our tax papers


1st august !! of each year (Three weeks before the official deadline, take slacking into account)

Steps to do the Taxes[edit]

  • Go to the Tax office:
Fill in address here...

Papers to bring:

  • The tax forms (the famous brown envelope) => signed by a board member

The bookkeeping spreadsheet of that year containing:

  • the 'balance' sheet (contains bank+cash status end of 2010; total cashflow in and out)
  • journal in/out : date ordered list of all cash register and bank
  • account transactions, categorized & with minimal comments
  • (NOT needed: the cash and bank spreadsheets)
